RoR will sponsor a research workshop on Wednesday 3 March 2021, online via Zoom, 16.30-19.30 (UK time) . This is the second of a two-part workshop organised by Karamvir Chadha (Durham Law) and Maximilian Kiener (Oxford, RoR postdoctoral research fellow), on the Recent work on the Ethics of Consent.  It will gather scholars in philosophy and law working on consent to discuss their recent work.

This workshop will feature two presentations:
  • Mollie Gerver (Essex) – Normatively Empowering the Disadvantaged
  • Karamvir Chadha (Durham) – Infants, the Comatose, and the Dead: Consent and the Will Theory of Rights

This is a read-in-advance workshop. Registered participants are expected to have read the draft papers of the talks, which will be circulated on Monday 22 February.
