[CANCELLED] CONF – Wittgenstein: Law and Action (British Wittgenstein Society)

The 11th annual conference of the British Wittgenstein Society is organised in collaboration with the University of Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy, and is on “Wittgenstein: Law and Action.”

The conference will explore issues in the philosophy of action and the philosophy of law, as they arise in relation to Wittgenstein’s work or in the work of philosophers writing within the Wittgensteinian tradition, e.g. Anscombe, Hart, White, Raz, Kenny.

Along with Vincent Descombes, Bebhinn Donnelly-Lazarov, Anthony Duff, Dennis Patterson, Michael Thompson, and Katja Vogt, John Hyman, RoR’s PI, will give a plenary talk.
