ERC Research Seminar (8): The act requirement

The eighth meeting of the project’s research seminar this term (T2, 2020–21) will take place from 16.00 to 18.00, on Tuesday 9 March, 2021, online via Zoom (the possibility of convening physically will be reviewed). The link to the Zoom meeting location is available to the registered participants.
The topic for this meeting is: The act requirement
- Questions: Does criminal responsibility depend on the performance of a voluntary act? What is a voluntary act, in the relevant sense? Is there a convincing rationale for the requirement?
