
Recent Work on the Ethics of Consent, Part II (Zoom; Durham Law & RoR Workshop)

Maximilian Kiener (Oxford, Roots of Responsibility) and Karamvir Chadha (Durham) are organising a two-part workshop “Recent Work on the Ethics of Consent.” The second part of the workshop will be held online via Zoom, 16.30-19.30 (UK time) on Wednesday 3 March 2021, and will feature two presentations:
- Mollie Gerver (Essex) – Normatively Empowering the Disadvantaged
- Karamvir Chadha (Durham) – Infants, the Comatose, and the Dead: Consent and the Will Theory of Rights
This is a read-in-advance workshop. Registered participants are expected to have read the draft papers of the talks, which will be circulated on Monday 22 February.
