Research Seminar Spring 2019 (8): Character, omissions, and responsibility

The eighth meeting of the project research seminar this term (Spring 2019) will take place from 10.00 to 12.00, on Wednesday 6 March, 2019, in the seminar room at the Department of Philosophy, UCL (19 Gordon Square).

For this meeting, we will focus on character, omissions, and responsibility. The target readings are:

  • Duff, R. A. 1993. “Choice, Character, and Criminal Liability.” Law and Philosophy 12 (4): 345–83.
  • Mayr, Erasmus. Forthcoming. “Character, ‘Pure’ Omissions, and Responsibility.” To be circulated to the participants.

Erasmus Mayr will be present at the seminar.
