Research Seminar Spring 2019 (9): Economic duress

The ninth meeting of the project research seminar this term (Spring 2019) will take place from 10.00 to 12.00, on Wednesday 13 March, 2019, in the seminar room at the Department of Philosophy, UCL (19 Gordon Square).

For this meeting, we will focus on economic duress. The target readings are:

• Patterson, Dennis M. 2016. “Rethinking Duress.” Jurisprudence 7 (3): 672–7.
